After a thorough examination of the affected areas, the DCPS Asphalt and Concrete team developed a detailed plan for the necessary repairs. To ensure the client received the required services while staying within budget, DCPS developed a two-phased approach – addressing the highest traffic areas first.
The split-year plan included a 2″ mill and overlay of over 355,000 square feet of parking lot surface and replacement of existing weathered and deteriorating wooden curbs with concrete curbs. Additionally, DCPS realigned driveway conditions and islands to aid in increasing traffic flow.
When asked about his experience working with DCPS, David said, “working with DCPS is amazing – it is great to work with a company that is on time, on schedule, on budget, and delivers quality work.” He continues also mentioned that the facility team has received extensive positive feedback from employees on the repairs and how the change has improved the overall aesthetic of the property.©2024 Denver Commercial Property Services | Terms & Conditions | Privacy Policy
