DCPS, a leading provider of commercial property services, is proud to announce the expansion of its Business Development team with three new Relationship Managers. This strategic growth move supports DCPS’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering stronger client partnerships across diverse market segments.
Bringing a powerful combination of expertise and leadership, Marissa Baumgartner joins DCPS with extensive experience selling facility services across commercial sectors — including office, education, industrial, and multi-family. Her background spans marketing, property management, and business development, backed by an MBA in Market Strategy from Regis University. Marissa’s leadership in the industry is further demonstrated through her roles on the board of the Denver Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and her past service on the board of IFMA Southern Colorado. Coupled with her Colorado Real Estate License, Marissa’s well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of customer needs and market trends make her an invaluable addition to the DCPS team.
Julie Johnson brings a specialized focus on the senior living and healthcare sectors, paired with an impressive background in commercial flooring. Having worked with top manufacturers alongside designers, architects, contractors, and end users, Julie offers invaluable insights into the unique needs and challenges of these industries. Her passion for outstanding customer service, coupled with her ability to craft tailored, results-driven strategies, makes her a powerful advocate for clients seeking to create safe, functional, and welcoming communities. Julie’s expertise strengthens DCPS’s ability to serve this vital market with precision and care.
Tristan Moore’s journey at DCPS is a testament to dedication and growth. Starting as a part-time employee in operations, Tristan quickly made an impression with his work ethic and enthusiasm. DCPS quickly recognized his potential, and he promptly completed an intensive eight-month rotation in DCPS’s growth program, immersing himself in every division to build a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services, clients, and culture.
His background in e-commerce spans multiple industries in both B2B and B2C sectors, with experience in building a business from the ground up, managing the operations, sales and production needs for the company. Because of his experience, Tristan brings a strategic mindset and a client-focused approach that aligns seamlessly with DCPS’s mission to deliver exceptional service and lasting partnerships
“The addition of Marissa, Julie, and Tristan marks an exciting step forward for DCPS,” said Lauren Fry, Sales Manager, at DCPS. “Each of them brings a unique set of skills and experiences that will enhance our ability to serve clients across key industries. Their passion, insight, and commitment to fostering strong relationships are exactly what the construction and commercial real estate industries need as DCPS continues to grow its footprint in the built environment.”
