Denver, CO – December 9, 2025
DCPS, a leader in commercial property services, today announced it has become a member of LeadingAge and the Colorado Health Care Association and Center for Assisted Living (CHCA) – two of the state’s most influential senior living and long-term care associations. The move strengthens DCPS’s commitment to supporting the operational needs of senior living communities amid Colorado’s rapidly growing aging population.
“Senior living communities set the standard for compassion, safety, and quality of life, and it is an honor to support that mission,” said Luis San Martin, Director of Sales at DCPS. “By joining LeadingAge Colorado and CHCA, we are strengthening our partnership with providers and supporting the future of senior care throughout the state more directly.”
LeadingAge and CHCA serve as two leading platforms for connecting senior living community leaders with trusted partners. Through its membership, DCPS will participate in committees, annual conferences, and sector-focused forums to contribute to conversations shaping the future of assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, independent living, and continuing care communities.
“Facility teams do extraordinary work every day, and they deserve partners who make their jobs easier,” San Martin added. “Our role is to keep buildings reliable, resilient, and cost efficient, so communities can stay focused on what matters most, delivering exceptional care and an outstanding resident experience.” San Martin added.
