DENVER, CO (April 2, 2025) – DCPS, a commercial property services contractor, is proud to announce the expansion of its Large-Scale Construction Projects team with the addition of six seasoned industry professionals: Brennan Knapp as Vice President of Preconstruction, Josh Kamp as Vice President of Operations, Jon Knapp as Project Director, Ed Dressel as Project Director, Jeremy Coleman as Assistant Project Director and Nathan Kimball as Project Manager. Each brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and expertise, further solidifying DCPS’s commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions.

Brennan Knapp – VP Preconstruction

Bringing over a decade of experience in residential to commercial construction, Brennan has developed expertise in managing multifamily property renovations, including clubhouse and amenity space transformations. Having worked with premier general contractors and led his own successful business, Brennan excels in project planning, team leadership, and ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.

Josh Kamp – VP of Operations

Josh Kamp joins DCPS with over a decade of experience in commercial vertical construction and heavy civil projects. He has successfully led small- to large-scale developments across private, government, and contracting sectors. With a strategic focus on finance and operational construction management, he integrates financial expertise with technical execution to drive project success.

Jon Knapp – Project Director

From starting as an Account Manager in commercial landscaping to becoming a Maintenance Director, overseeing expansive projects, Jon’s career journey reflects his dedication to craftsmanship and problem-solving. Bringing over 13 years of diverse experience across construction, landscaping, and project leadership, his hands-on knowledge combined with his proven leadership skills, make him an invaluable asset.

Ed Dressel – Project Director

With an extraordinary three-decade career spanning architecture, construction management, and forensic engineering, Ed Dressel has a wealth of expertise and strategic leadership. His impressive portfolio boasts over $620 million in projects covering more than 2 million square feet, including luxury single-family residences, large-scale retail developments, high-rise commercial towers, and expansive mixed-use properties. Ed’s unique background — blending hands-on construction experience with advanced knowledge in building envelope systems, fenestration, and forensic architecture — equips him with a specialized perspective critical for tackling complex projects and construction defect cases.

Jeremy Coleman – Assistant Project Director

With a strong foundation in structural repairs, full-scale remodels, and new construction, Jeremy Coleman has been successfully remodeling local buildings for over a decade. His hands-on approach to managing permitting, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and quality control makes him a dynamic leader in the industry. His ability to navigate complex construction projects while maintaining efficiency and precision enhances DCPS’s ability to execute large-scale developments.

With more than 20 years in construction, including seven years dedicated to educational facility projects, Nathan Kimball has built a reputation for managing high-value projects with precision. His background as a Project Superintendent for 14 years underscores his expertise in quality management, historic renovations, and high-security facilities. His ability to oversee complex projects such as building relocations, foundation reconstructions, and exterior façade restorations strengthens DCPS’s capabilities in handling diverse construction challenges.
