DCPS earns seventh place in the extra-large category of the Denver Business Journal’s Fast 50 Awards.
DCPS has been recognized as one of the Denver metro area’s fastest-growing private companies in the Denver Business Journal’s 2026 Fast 50 Awards, earning the seventh spot in the extra-large category.
The rankings were announced on October 29 at the Fast 50 Awards Reception at Pindustry in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The annual program recognizes 50 privately held companies across five revenue categories, based on revenue growth from 2023 through 2025.
“We are honored to be named the seventh fastest-growing private company in the Denver metro area,” said DCPS owner Dale Heims. “This recognition belongs to our crews, who show up on every property in every season. We will keep investing in our people and in the service our clients count on.”
“Growth only matters if clients keep trusting us with their properties,” said Luis San Martin, DCPS Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “Our teams earn that trust every day, and this award is a credit to them.”
Founded in Colorado in 2011, DCPS has grown to more than 250 employees serving over 1,100 commercial property clients. Through seven specialized divisions, the company provides integrated construction, restoration, and ongoing property maintenance services throughout Colorado and beyond.
The Fast 50 recognition reflects the continued growth of DCPS and the dedication of the employees who support its clients and properties every day.
