A student housing apartment complex in Boulder required a comprehensive repainting to update its appearance. The client sought a fresh and modern look for three buildings, including all siding, trim, fascias, soffits, railings, hand railings, and the community trash enclosure. The challenge was to complete the work during the summer break, necessitating a swift and well-coordinated effort.
