Multi-Family Community in Downtown Denver

We began with a comprehensive assessment of the landscape, identifying high pet-traffic zones and evaluating existing plants. Collaborating with the property management team, we developed a sustainable design that combined durability and visual appeal. To reduce maintenance needs, all turf areas were replaced with stone and mulch, complemented by robust native plants. New trees were added to bring shade and dimension, while existing plants were carefully incorporated into the new design. The team also revitalized raised beds around the courtyards and pool, adding colorful, hardy shrubs and plants to create inviting spaces.

After preparing the soil, we installed a new irrigation system to ensure optimal coverage for each area. Comprehensive final testing and walkthroughs with the management team ensured optimal condition of all elements, along with clear maintenance instructions provided for ongoing upkeep.

This project revitalized the shared spaces, enhancing resident satisfaction by creating a pet-friendly landscape that is both visually appealing and built to withstand high usage, while significantly reducing ongoing maintenance needs and costs.
